Come learn how to incorporate kettlebells into your fitness routine in a safe and effective manner! The single most valuable tool for any fitness regime. Kettlebells offer the most "bang for your buck" in cost, time, training stimulus, and FUN.

Join Master Trainer Glenn Seth, founder of F3 Wellness Connections, voted best kettlebell workout in DC, for a one-hour Kettlebell Basics workshop in the Flats at Dupont Circle fitness center on Tuesday, May 4th at 6:30 pm or 7:30pm.

This workshop is open to all fitness levels and will focus on the core movements and proper form of the kettlebell. You will learn how to combine movements to build full body workout!
