9:00am - 10:00am: Juicing for hydration and nutrition during the summer

It’s crucial to prioritize hydration, particularly during the summer, to avoid dehydration caused by hot weather. In our workshop you will learn how to create hydrating and nutrient-rich juices that will keep you out of the kitchen and poolside perfect all summer long.
