Relax. Renew. Revive.
Glenn Seth is the mind and hands behind the Intuitive Touch Bodywork (ITB) technique. His "intuitiveness" comes from over 10,000 hours and 14 years of hands-on training in top spas in and around DC.
ITB combines sports, deep tissue, and Swedish massage modalities. Our licensed massage therapists tailor the experience to each client’s needs by tapping into energy patterns, and then relieves deep stress by appropriating pressure along the muscle fascia.
F3 therapists will work with you to determine what areas are in need of treatment to give you the best care and results for your problems and conditions.
We offer In-Home Massage in the Washington DC metro area to include (but not limited to) Shaw, Chinatown, Dupont Circle, Adams Morgan, Foggy Bottom, Logan Circle, Georgetown, Glover Park, Northwest, Northern Virginia and Maryland.
If you are unsure if we service your area, please contact us today to inquire.

“The massage therapy at F3 is outstanding. The sessions I have had recently have done more for my health than either my physical therapy sessions or my work with my regular trainer.”
