F3 HIIT

This class meets every Wednesday at 6:00 Pm

Burn a ton of calories, increase your anaerobic threshold and improve your overall strength and cardiovascular conditioning in our signature HIIT class. You’ll alternate between powerful blasts of cardio to elevate your heart rate and strength training circuits to build muscle during active recovery. Appropriate for all levels.

Circuit Training

This class meets every sATURDAY at 8:00 Am

Several exercises are cycled into a circuit for a full-body workout to enhance muscle definition, core, balance, strength and improve overall health. A variety of movements and equipment will be utilized during each class to work your upper body, core, lower body, and cardiovascular system. Appropriate for all levels.
