SUNSET VINYASA YOGA PARTY

Vinyasa yoga in the courtyard. A picturesque spring evening, and some calming music. These three ingredients make up our next Sunset Yoga Party, a one-of-a-kind wellness experience designed for fun, fitness, and total relaxation.

Bring your yoga mat to the 1800 Oak outdoor courtyard area on Tuesday May 7th  at 7:30 PM. Registered yoga instructor from F3, Nailah, will lead a class in a one-hour Vinyasa Flow class for all levels. After the practice, we will mix, mingle, and dance the night away over healthy cocktails and light hors d’oeuvres.

This unique fitness party offers everything you need to unwind with a great workout and great tunes—and of course, great company with your 1800 Oak and F3 friends.

• Please arrive 5 minutes prior to class to check in and sign a mandatory liability waiver

• This event is rain or shine. Should it rain on the day of the event, we will take the party indoors.
