Join F3 Wellness Connections on Wednesday August 12th at 6 pm, for a virtual one-hour gentle flow session led by registered yoga instructor Natalie Weinstein online. This slower-paced Vinyasa yoga class focuses on deep breathing and mindful movement that offers time to explore poses and open the body in a supportive and gentle approach. A perfect class for releasing stress and easing tension. Appropriate for all levels.
