Vinyasa Yoga: Power Flow
The First Wednesday of Every Month at 6pm (EXCEPT IN JUNE 2025. Class will take place on thursday 6/26at 9 am for RAD)
Paired with music, this flowing form of Vinyasa yoga will electrify, heal, and detox your body while keeping you in a moving meditation for 60 minutes. From pose to pose, students will learn alignment and breath while building strength, flexibility, and balance. This class is great for anyone from beginner to advanced.
