All you need to know about the F3 30-Day Distancing Workout Challenge

The F3 Wellness Connections team is pleased to announce the 30-Day Distancing Workout Challenge, a completely free training series you can complete at home with our help. Tune in for weekly informative fitness and wellness sessions live in our private Facebook group, and stick to your goals with support from the F3 team, accountability emails, guided workouts, and free copies of our kettlebell training resources.

What is the 30-Day Distancing Workout Challenge?

Start: Monday, March 23rd

End: Wednesday, April 23rd  

Meet your kettlebell swing (or glute bridge) goal every day for 30 days, based on your level of experience. Track your progress online and celebrate your victories with other participants, using the hashtag #30DayDistancingChallenge.

The kettlebell is one of the most efficient workout tools available, especially when you’re working out at home. With just the kettlebell and your bodyweight, you’ll have everything you need to get your endorphins going—and get a great workout!

What do I have to do?

  • Novice Kettlebell Enthusiast: Complete 100 kettlebell swings a day for 30 days

  • Advanced Kettlebell Enthusiast: Complete 300 kettlebell swings a day for 30 days

  • No Kettlebells? No Problem! Complete 100 glute bridges a day for 30 days

How do I get started?

Become a Distance Workout Challenge Warrior today by clicking on the button — joining the community means you’ll be able to track your progress online, collaborate with other participants in the F3 Facebook group, and stay on track and motivated with access to all our 30-Day Distancing Workout Challenge resources.
