Burn a ton of calories, increase your anaerobic threshold and improve your overall strength and cardiovascular conditioning in our signature HIIT class. You’ll alternate between powerful blasts of cardio to elevate your heart rate and strength training circuits to build muscle during active recovery. Appropriate for all levels.

Vinyasa Yoga: Gentle Flow

This slower-paced Vinyasa yoga class focuses on deep breathing and mindful movement that offers time to explore poses and open the body in a supportive and gentle approach. A perfect class for releasing stress and easing tension. Appropriate for all levels.
