GUIDED MEDITATION

THIS CLASS MEETS THURSDAY JUNE 26 from 11AM to 1130am and from 1130am to 12pm

 Meditation is a mental process that leads to a state awareness and brings about positive feelings and emotions. It helps us to calm our minds, reduce stress, and increase concentration. Students will be exposed to several different meditation modalities that help alleviate stress and increase mental, emotional and physical well-being. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat, meditation cushion, a small pillow or yoga block. Simply click on the button below to register for the class. We can’t wait to see you there!
