Meditation is a mental process that leads to a state awareness and brings about positive feelings and emotions. It helps us to calm our minds, reduce stress, and increase concentration. Students will be exposed to several different meditation modalities that help alleviate stress and increase mental, emotional and physical well-being. Please bring your own yoga mat and something warm to wear like a sweatshirt or a blanket.
