Strength and conditioning: Thursday 10/24 at 8:00 am

This class is designed to help shed that excess fat while building strength and endurance. This class includes circuit training, cardio exercise, and body weight exercises and finishes with core training and stretching for a complete workout. Open all fitness levels.

Bootcamp: Tuesday 10/8 at 5:00 pm

An interval training class that mixes calisthenics and bodyweight exercises with cardio and strength training. With a new workout every week, this class is designed to push participants harder than they’d push themselves and to always keep the body guessing. Open to all fitness level.
