Vinyasa Yoga: Gentle Flow

Join F3 Wellness Connections on Saturday January 2 and 16, for a  virtual one-hour gentle flow session led by registered yoga instructor Zoha Vahezi online. This slower-paced Vinyasa yoga class focuses on deep breathing and mindful movement that offers time to explore poses and open the body in a supportive and gentle approach. Guided Meditation

This class meets saturday January 9 and 23 at 10am

Join F3 Wellness Connections on Saturday January 9 and 23, at 10am, for a live online thirty minute guided meditation session led by registered yoga teacher Zoha Vahezi. Meditation is a mental process that leads to a state awareness and brings about positive feelings and emotions. It helps us to calm our minds, reduce stress, and increase concentration. Students will be exposed to several different meditation modalities that help alleviate stress and increase mental, emotional and physical well-being. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat, meditation cushion, a small pillow or yoga block. Simply click on the button below to register for the class.
