Vinyasa Yoga: Power Flow

This class meets every Monday at 6:30 pm

Paired with music, this flowing form of Vinyasa yoga will electrify, heal, and detox your body while keeping you in a moving meditation for 60 minutes. From pose to pose, students will learn alignment and breath while building strength, flexibility, and balance. This class is great for anyone from beginner to advanced.

This class meets every SATURDAY at 9:30 Am

Burn a ton of calories, increase your anaerobic threshold and improve your overall strength and cardiovascular conditioning in our signature HIIT class. You’ll alternate between powerful blasts of cardio to elevate your heart rate and strength training circuits to build muscle during active recovery. Appropriate for all levels.
