Guided Meditation in the Courtyard

Join F3 Wellness Connections on Monday September 28 at 6pm in the Lindley Courtyard for a socially distant guided meditation session led by registered yoga instructor Zoha Vahezi. Meditation is a mental process that leads to a state awareness and brings about positive feelings and emotions. It helps us to calm our minds, reduce stress, and increase concentration. Students will be exposed to several different meditation modalities that help alleviate stress and increase mental, emotional and physical well-being. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat, meditation cushion, a small pillow or yoga block. Space is limited, so be sure to sign up by clicking the button below.
