Join F3 Wellness Connections on Saturday January 16th and 23rd at 9 am for a one-hour Mat Pilates session led by Vianka Chung. Mat Pilates are the floor work version of the Pilates method. This class is a movement re-education program designed to work every muscle in the body in an efficient and focused manner. The exercises are designed to align, lengthen, and strengthen the body in a unique way. Most movements are non- impact and non-weight bearing. Classes emphasize the foundational principles of Pilates while offering modifications and variations to suit each students’ individual needs. Appropriate for all levels. Vinyasa Yoga: Gentle Flow

This class meets Wednesday JanuarY 20 at 5:30PM

Join F3 Wellness Connections on Wednesday January 20th at 5:30PM, for a  virtual one-hour gentle flow session led by registered yoga instructor Lauren Telting online. This slower-paced Vinyasa yoga class focuses on deep breathing and mindful movement that offers time to explore poses and open the body in a supportive and gentle approach.
